At Vento Active, each product is made to order specifically for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures efficient production. This policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


1. Your Legal Rights (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

However, this right does not apply in full to custom-made or personalised items, which includes products made to order (such as print-on-demand garments).

Because Vento Active products are produced specifically after purchase, they are considered made-to-order goods.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • General non-fault related reasons
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides carefully before placing your order.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to quality. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to a production error, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We may require:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Description of the fault

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A full or partial refund (depending on the issue)


4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement order, or
  • A refund once the carrier confirms loss


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 working days.


6. Returns Approval

Do not return any items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be processed or refunded.
