At Vento Active, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. This means each item is individually produced after your order is placed.


1. Processing Times

All orders require a production period before shipping.

  • Standard production time: 2–5 business days
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), production may take slightly longer

Please note: your order is not shipped immediately after purchase, as each item is made specifically for you.


2. Shipping Times (Estimated)

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 2–4 business days after dispatch

🇪🇺 Europe

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch

🇺🇸 United States

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch

🌍 Rest of World

  • 5–10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners and may vary depending on location, customs, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Number of items ordered
  • Product type and fulfilment location

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
